After a majority of its employees voted in favor of unionizing, the Culinary Union was named the official bargaining agent at Green Valley Ranch.
Green Valley Ranch is a casino resort owned and operated by Station Casinos.
Its employees voted to unionize on November 8 and 9, 2017. After Station Casinos’ filed an objection to the union election, the National Labor Relations Board overruled the objections and certified the union.
Station Casinos have until April 6 to seek review of the Regional Director’s decision. Green Valley Ranch is the fourth Station Casinos-operated property to unionize since 2015.
