Former Employees: Management At Wynn Resorts Let Misconduct Happen

A report today in the Wall Street Journal alleges management at Wynn Resorts often looked the other way or dismissed complaints against former CEO Steve Wynn.

A former spa attendant recalled an incident where the casino’s head of human resources, Arte Nathan, told her “you need to keep your mouth shut,” after she told him Wynn assaulted her.

Nathan declined to respond to the allegation. Dozens of former employees, many of whom described their experiences for the first time, outline a corporate culture that enabled the boss’s behavior.
