Nevada Democrats filed an ethics complaint Wednesday against U.S. Senator Dean Heller.
The complaint alleges Heller violated federal law by using his office to raise money for his re-election campaign.
Heller is widely viewed as the most vulnerable GOP senator in the 2018 election.
