O.J. Simpson Claims 'Racial Prejudice,' Threatens $100,000 Lawsuit Against Cosmopolitan Of Las Vegas

Former NFL star O.J. Simpson is threatening legal action against the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

Simpson’s attorney, Malcolm LaVergne, sent a letter to the property last month in which he alleges staff and other affiliated parties “acted with malice and racial prejudice” toward Simpson.

The letter refers to an incident in November in which the Cosmopolitan ejected Simpson, claiming he was drunk and violent and caused property damage.

LaVergne calls the Cosmopolitan’s version of events “fraudulent” and says a lawsuit will seek “no less” than $100,000 in compensation.
