Family Of Woman Killed In Oct. 1 Shooting Asking For Millions From Shooter's Estate

The family of a woman who was killed in the Las Vegas shooting is asking for $45 million from gunman Stephen Paddock’s estate.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports a Las Vegas judge could decide this week how his assets are managed.

Family members of Keri Galvan from Thousand Oaks, California are seeking the money for infliction of emotional distress and assault.

A hearing is scheduled for Thursday where a District Judge Gloria Sturman could decide how the gunman’s assets should be managed.

Stephen Paddock's total net worth is not entirely clear.
