Sheriff Lombardo Says Las Vegas Shooter Lost Money In Years Before Attack

Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock reportedly lost a large sum of money over the two years preceding the October 1 shooting.

Clark County Sheriff Joe Lombardo told KLAS-TV real estate transactions, gambling and other activities led to the changes in his wealth.

The sheriff speculated the losses might have factored into Paddock’s choice to attack the Route 91 Harvest festival, killing 58 people and injuring hundreds.
