Mohave High School Sees Increased Police Presence Due To Threat

Officials in Bullhead City, Ariz. were on a higher state of alert Tuesday after they reported a threat at Mohave High School.

The Mohave Daily News reports police would not specify exactly what kind of threat was issued against the school, but that something specific was threatened.

Police say the message was left on a bathroom wall and that an event was to take place at a certain time today.

The school district carried on with classes as usual today, as they did not think the threat was credible.

However, an increased police presence was at the Mohave High School campus as a precaution.
