Wynn Announces Plans To Charge For Valet Parking

Wynn Resorts says it's joining a growing number of Las Vegas hotel-casinos by ending free parking valet service.

But the company says it will continue allowing drivers to park their own cars free of charge.

Company spokesman Michael Weaver said in a statement Wednesday that starting in mid-December, valet services at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore will cost at least $13.

The company says guests who park their own cars can continue to use complimentary garages at the resorts.

The change comes after Caesars Entertainment Corp. and MGM Resorts International announced they will phase out their free parking and valet services.
