Gag Order Issued In Civil Case Concerning Lawyer's Death

A trial involving the death of a Las Vegas attorney is now subject to a gag order.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports lawyers in a civil case surrounding the death of attorney Susan Walters are now forbidden from talking to the media about what's going on in proceedings.

Winters' widower sought the gag order, saying he didn't like media coverage that had taken place about the civil case.

It's been brought by Winters' parents, who think her widower has a role in their daughter's death.

The Clark County coroner ruled the Jan. 2015 death a suicide.
