Governor Sandoval Sets Agenda For Stadium Special Session

A special legislative session starts today to consider public financing for a football stadium and convention center upgrades in Las Vegas. 

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports Governor Sandoval signed a proclamation yesterday setting the agenda. 

Legislators are not allowed to fundraise for their campaigns until 15 days after the session ends.

The  legislative campaign fundraising ban will remain in effect until after early voting starts October 22nd. The special session begins at 8:00 this morning.
