Boyd Gaming said Tuesday its purchase of the Aliante casino in North Las Vegas has completed.
Back in April [http://knpr.org/headline/2016-04/boyd-gaming-buy-aliante-casino] the company announced it was spending $380 million to acquire the property.
It's the first Boyd casino located in North Las Vegas.

Earlier this month, the Nevada Gaming Commission gave Boyd the green light to proceed with the acquisition.
Boyd shares closed up more than a percentage point today on the news, ending up at $19.26.
