Tech Company Capstak To Locate In Reno
RENO, Nev. (AP) — A commercial real estate technology company is planning to use Reno as its pilot launch market.
The Reno Gazette-Journal reports that Capstak will help commercial real estate professionals find capital and also identify partners and service providers in Reno as it launches.
The company is set to launch its pilot in Reno with a national launch to follow in 2017.
Capstak considered New York and Tel Aviv for a headquarters before landing on Reno. Company officials say Reno was an ideal environment for the fledgling company.
Capstak will be based out of the University of Nevada, Reno Innevation Center in downtown Reno, which also houses the Nevada Advanced Autonomous Systems Innovation Center and has links to tech company Switch.
