The Nevada Supreme Court has quashed a financial judgment against Las Vegas Sands in a case involving Richard Suen.
The Las Vegas Sun reports Suen was set to receive $70 million after a lawsuit surrounding his involvement in helping the casino company get a gaming license in Macau.
The court said that figure was not justifiable.
In the past, Sands offered $1 million, but district courts said that wasn't enough.
It's the latest in the ongoing battle, which has been fought in court for the past six years.
Originally, a trial gave Suen and his company nearly $44 million, but the Nevada Supreme Court reversed that decision in 2010.
The Supreme Court has said District Court now needs to have yet another hearing to figure out how much compensation Suen is owed.
