LAS VEGAS (AP) — A Las Vegas judge wants more information before he decides what to do with a lawsuit against Nevada's sweeping new school choice program.
Judge Eric Johnson asked lawyers for the state and the American Civil Liberties Union on Wednesday to weigh in on what facts are still needed before he rules on a motion to dismiss or a motion for summary judgment. The written memos are due March 11.
