A worker at the Cortez Hills mine in Crescent Valley was killed Monday in an accident.
The Elko Daily Free Press reports 42 year old Douglas Hicks was driving a haul truck when it collided with another such vehicle around 3:00 Monday afternoon.
No other injuries occurred.
The newspaper also reports this is the fourth death at a Nevada mine this year.
