Another Las Vegas golf course may be changing hands.
The Las Vegas Country Club is up for sale, according to a report in the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
There's no word yet as to who may be purchasing the property, but the newspaper said officials with the course anticipate its sale going through as early as the beginning of the new year.
Earlier this year, the sale of the Silverstone golf course in Las Vegas attracted a lawsuit after the new owners of the property turned off water to the course.
Homeowners took the owners to court, saying their property values were damaged as a result of the course's disrepair.
