Caesars Faces Lawsuit Over Charter Flight Contract

Caesars Entertainment Operating Corporation is facing more legal trouble.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the company, which is currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings, is being sued by Aerodynamics, Inc., a charter airline company.

Aerodynamics alleges Caesars for stealing trade secrets and breaching a contract.

The suit alleges someone working in conjunction with Caesars took photographs of confidential information regarding Aerodynamics' business while the casino company was under negotiations with Aerodynamics regarding a potential charter flight contract.

That contract was awarded to a competitor.
