A lawsuit against the Clark County School District regarding a pro-life student organization has been dismissed.
In August, Angelique Clark, a student at West Career and Technical Academy, took the district to court because her school forbade her from starting a pro-life club at her school.
The club was eventually approved, and last week, the Thomas More Society, which represented Angelique Clark, worked with CCSD to dismiss the lawsuit.
The Thomas More Society says CCSD has revised its rules concerning student organizations to, in their words, "ensur[e] that no student would face a situation like Angelique's in the future."
