Las Vegas police are responding after an incident involving two aircraft in southern Nevada.
Office Jesse Roybal said police were called at 10:17 a.m. on Friday. He said one plane involved in the incident landed safely at the Henderson Executive Airport, and a police helicopter was looking for the second aircraft in a dry lake bed near the town of Jean.
Roybal couldn't say whether the two aircraft had collided or whether there were any injuries or fatalities as a result.
Officials from the Federal Aviation Administration didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.
