Las Vegas Doctor To Face Judge In Patient Drugging-Sex Case

LAS VEGAS (AP) — A defense lawyer says a Las Vegas physician will fight criminal allegations that he drugged and sexually assaulted patients and made video record of himself having sex with at least one underage girl.

Attorney Christopher Oram said Binh Minh "Ben" Chung will plead not guilty Wednesday in Nevada state court to 32 felony charges including sexual assault and administering a drug in the commission of a felony, and a kidnapping charge that could get him life in prison.

The 41-year-old family practice doctor also faces two misdemeanor lewdness charges in an indictment filed Sept. 30 in Clark County District Court.
