NDOT held a meeting last night to discuss potential changes to the I-15 and Tropicana interchange in Las Vegas.
The Las Vegas Review Journal reports the department wants to improve traffic flow in the area, where cars often get backed up, and to reduce the potential for accidents.
NDOT is considering rebuilding the entire exchange, including putting in a new bridge for Tropicana over the 15.
It would also create a bridge for traffic on Dean Martin to travel under Tropicana.
Any construction is not expected until after 2020, when Project Neon is set to be finished.
