Lt. Gov. Hutchison To Chair Marco Rubio Campaign In Nevada

CARSON CITY, Nev. (AP) — Lt. Gov. Mark Hutchison is going to chair Nevada operations for Republican Marco Rubio's presidential campaign.

Hutchison's chief of staff Ryan Cherry confirmed the news, which was also announced Wednesday on both men's Twitter accounts. Rubio said in his tweet that he's competing to win in all early states.

Rubio is a Florida senator who is joining a crowded field of Republican presidential candidates. He spent some of his childhood in Las Vegas, and is the cousin of Democratic Nevada state Sen. Mo Denis.
