Nevada's historic Nov. 4 election is official. Catherine Lu, an aide to Secretary of State Ross Miller, said the Nevada Supreme Court certified election results today. Nevada voters took part in record low numbers. Just 45.5 percent of more than 1.2 million active registered voters went to the polls. The previous low turnout dating to 1950 was 49 percent in 1998.
