Lost Las Vegas

The Las Vegas Strip has become famous for imploding its hotel towers. Structures that were more than adequate in the 1960s and 1970s have become fodder for spectacular demolitions to make way for the mega-resorts that now line the tourist corridor.

So what was Las Vegas past really like? A new book of photographs and historical reporting, Lost Las Vegas, gives us some idea of what was here in the good old days.  Author Jeff Burbank will be signing books Saturday at the Costco store in Henderson and he joins us ahead of that event.
