Death at the EDC

There is still little information available on how one festival attendee died at the Electric Daisy Carnival this weekend.

Metro authorities haven't released any information and are referring all inquiries to Insomniac, the carnival's organizers. It has been reported that Montgomery Tsang of San Francisco was pronounced dead after collapsing at the speedway parking lot early Saturday morning.

The Las Vegas Sun reports that authorities received more than 250 medical calls during the event. Five people went to the hospital. Twenty-nine people were arrested for narcotics possession. Roughly 134-thousand people attended the weekend's event.
