New Jersey Wants In On Sports Betting

The state of New Jersey wants a piece of the sports betting action. New Jersey attorneys submitted a new filing Tuesday with the U.S. Supreme Court, claiming the current ban restricts state's rights. The law being challenged was set in 1991. The states that met the deadline back then were allowed to host sports betting. Those states include: Delaware, Montana, Oregon, and Nevada.
