Former Casino Owner May Go To Prison

A former casino owner from Henderson is facing prison time for defrauding on his taxes. Yesterday a federal jury found former casino owner Alan Rodrigues and his partners,  former Las Vegas businessman Weston Coolidge and former National Football League punter Joseph Prokop, guilty defrauding the government. The three men used a Nevada company called the National Audit Defense Network to promote a product called the Tax Break 2000 to file false tax returns. The men are free pending sentencing September third.
