The Grand Canyon Skywalk opened in 2007 but it was never finished. The project instead became the subject of litigation in state, federal and tribal courts. The lawsuits now have finally been settledon undisclosed terms. So why did the Las Vegas tourist operators who invested in the Skywalk settle now?
