A new survey claims Nevada is not a great place for working mothers. Wallet-Hub-dot-com ranked the Silver State as sixth worst for working moms based on a series of categories including being last in child care and fifth from bottom in work/life balance. The state also graded poorly in length of average woman's workday and pediatric services.
Nevada did place well in things like professional opportunities for mothers. Nevada was in the middle in things like gender pay gap and public school quality.
