The Silver State Health Exchange has been plagued by problems with error messages and the failure to enroll people who wanted to buy health coverage. The state has paid $1.5 million to consulting company Deloitte to assess the problem but it will take five weeks . We talk to the exchange's executive director about what went wrong and how he thinks it will be fixed and how it will affect people who have tried to buy policies.
