The Federal Aviation Administration will announce the six states selected as drone test sites sometime before Dec. 31, and Nevada officials are trying to push the state's case in the final lap of the selection process. Governor Brian Sandoval has said the commercial drone industry could bring billions of dollars and 15,000 jobs to Nevada. But legal experts have some concerns about privacy and liability if the skies fill with unmanned vehicles. Are the benefits worth the risks?
