Wynn's Casino Deal Under Investigation

The Massachusetts Gaming Commission seems to be giving everyone a hard time.

Caesars has already pulled out of Massachusetts and now Wynn Resorts is facing a suitability hearing because of problems with a deal to buy land in Everett, Massachusetts. The deal is also being investigated by a federal grand jury and two state agencies over whether a felon has hidden ownership in the proposed casino site.

The state says it won’t have a negative effect on Wynn Resorts or the casino's future.
