LAS VEGAS (AP) — Las Vegas police say detectives investigating an earlier shooting fatally shot a convenience store employee after he pulled a gun from his waistband, police said Wednesday.
A police statement said the store employee killed Tuesday night was a suspect in the earlier shooting Tuesday.
The statement said detectives encountered the employee in the store and gave him commands that he initially obeyed before he turned and pulled out the gun.
