LAS VEGAS (AP) — Las Vegas police say officers fatally shot a wanted man who charged at them with a knife following a foot pursuit after a vehicle chase.
The identities of those involved in the Tuesday night shooting were not immediately released.
The incident began when officers stopped a vehicle and discovered that the driver was wanted on an outstanding felony warrant and was considered armed and dangerous, police said in a statement.
