LAS VEGAS (AP) — Officials blamed rainy weather for multiple crashes during the morning commute in and around Las Vegas, including three involving school buses but none that left any children injured.
A Nevada Highway Patrol trooper says there were no students on any of the three buses that crashed a little after 7 a.m. Tuesday at about the same place on a freeway southwest of the Strip.
The only injuries driver and a school employee on one bus that tipped on its side were taken to a hospital with injuries the trooper says weren't life-threatening.
