SPARKS, Nev. (AP) — A motorcyclist has been killed in a crash with a school bus on the north edge of Sparks.
The Washoe County School District says no children were on the bus when the vehicles collided in Spanish Springs near the intersection of the Pyramid Highway and La Posada at about 8:30 a.m. Monday.
The driver of the bus wasn't hurt.
The name of the motorcyclist hasn't been released.
School police are assisting the Washoe County sheriff's office in an investigation of the incident.
