Reno Gazette-Journal Moving To New Downtown Headquarters

The Reno Gazette-Journal has signed a lease at a high-rise in downtown Reno to house its news and advertising operations, its first new headquarters in nearly 40 years.

The newspaper moved to its current location east of downtown in 1981. It was located downtown on West Street before that, when it was known as the Nevada State Journal and Reno Evening Gazette.
