Gas Prices In Nevada Rise While Prices Drop Around The Country

Gas prices are going down across the country.  But in Nevada, they've been going up.

Nevada ranks third when it comes to gas prices in the country, according to AAA, which says the average price in the state is now $3.44 for a gallon of regular unleaded.

In Reno, it's even higher at $3.65, an increase of 37 cents in one month.  A spokesman for the AAA says Nevada gets most of its gas from California, and some refineries there have been having issues. He says they should be resolved in a week or two.

Nationally, the average price for a gallon of regular unleaded is $2.65.
