Plans Underway To Bring Route 91 Harvest Festival Back To The Strip

Plans are underway to return the Route 91 Harvest country music festival to the Strip in the fall of 2019.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the festival plans indicate Route 91’s return would be in the fall at the Las Vegas Resorts Festival Grounds, on the northwest corner of Sahara Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard.

Plans for a return of Route 91 to Las Vegas were disclosed Thursday at a music industry conference held at Mandalay Bay.

The Route 91 Harvest country music festival in 2017 was the site of the October 1 shooting, that left 58 dead and hundreds more wounded.

MGM cleared that site of all stage equipment and outdoor events since that tragedy.
