Order To Boil Drinking Water In Laughlin Has Been Lifted

An order for Laughlin residents to boil drinking water has been lifted.

The boil order was in place for two days after a water main break in the casino resort town, which is about 100 miles south of Las Vegas.

Officials said Monday that tests have confirmed that the municipal water supply meets safe drinking-water standards for tourists and residents.
