Nevada Gaming Commission Signs Off On Casino License Sales

The Nevada Gaming Commission has signed off on two casino sales that were announced earlier this year.

The Las Vegas Review-Journal reports the license has been approved for Red Rock Resorts, the company that owns Station Casinos, to take over the Palms hotel-casino just off the Las Vegas Strip.

Similarly, the commission okayed the sale of the Aliante casino in North Las Vegas to Boyd Gaming.

It's believed, with the approvals, both properties will fully transfer to their new owners within the next few weeks.
