May 05 Sunday
El Santo Golpe honors different cultures, history, and traditions by using instruments like eight-string Jaranas, Tarima (a wooden platform), Djembe, Primera, and Accordion. Their music, and dancers, are influenced by Mexican Folklore, Bomba from Puerto Rico, West African Dance, and more.
On the plaza, enjoy Mexican cuisine and drinks from local food truck favorites. Mariachi Oro de Rancho (from Rancho High School) will get the festivities started!
May 11 Saturday
The Lights Fest is a family-friendly sky lantern festival where you can release a lantern to honor a loved one, celebrate a special occasion, or just because. The traveling festival has taken social media by storm, we're told.
The event will include performances of music from the 80s and 90s and other entertainment and food trucks. Littlefield is about 85 miles north of Las Vegas, near Mesquite.
Parking will cost $30.
