What’s Your Story will feature speakers from all walks of life sharing their experiences of overcoming difficult times to achieve their dreams and passion, so others might find hope and inspiration for their own journeys. They will talk about how they persevered through loss of a loved one, trauma, illness, murder, abuse, addiction and/or forgiveness.

A portion of event proceeds will benefit Hope for Prisoners, a nonprofit that assists with reentry by providing the formerly incarcerated with long-term support, services and hope.

Teachers, first responders, nurses and military (active or retired) can receive $100 off the individual ticket price.

Friday's opening reception runs from 5 to 8 p.m.
