Vegas as a place of redemption? In what might be an antidote to "The Hangover," director Diablo Cody (of "Juno" fame) is working on a Las Vegas-centric film titled "Lamb of God":
Russell Brand has been offered the male lead in religious comedy Lamb Of God. The film is the directorial debut from Juno writer Diablo Cody and follows a young, conservative, religious woman who loses her faith after a plane crash, decides to go to Las Vegas to live the life of a sinner, and ends up finding her way back to her faith. Russell has been asked to co-star in the movie, according to Twitchfilm.com, and is expected to play a hedonist she meets in Sin City.
