Mitt Romney says the President Should Have Done More on Foreclosures

Mitt Romney said last night that the President should have done more to help the housing market and foreclosures. He was speaking after his win in the Michigan and Arizona primaries. So is this a new housing policy? A shift back to the middle? Or a slip of the tongue?
