How are you feeling about everything happening to us these days? The politics of Washington, D.C., and the effects already being felt in Nevada, with more to be expected?

What about our state legislature? They’re dealing with fewer dollars than they had two years ago — should they have been expecting this when they used COVID-19 relief funds to increase many public employee salaries?

Do you like the idea of the film industry tax credit, if it creates a hoped-for new industry and economic diversity in southern Nevada? Or are you tired of tax giveaways after the $380 million to the billionaire owner of the A’s?

And the Nevada Current reported immigration federal ICE agents have flooded Las Vegas this week to arrest and detain people. Have you kept your kids home from school out of fear? Or do you welcome the deportation actions?
