Here's a question: Why are Las Vegas billboards dominated by lawyers?

Well, Nevada ranks among the top 10 states for lawsuits, coming in at number ten with 86 suits filed per 100,000 residents over the year ending in March 2023. For comparison, Florida leads the pack with 276 lawsuits per 100,000.

With so many legal battles happening here, one thing is clear—it’s tough to navigate the system without a lawyer.

That’s where today’s guest comes in. Donald Paradiso, a trial attorney with the Ladah Law Firm, joins us to answer your legal questions.
