Chapter 2: The "PI" in AAPI

Nevada Public Radio debuts Exit Spring Mountain, a 10-episode podcast about Asian American and Pacific Islander communities in Southern Nevada.

The podcast will explore how history, politics, and economics shape the AAPI community while sharing stories by and for Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders.

Episode 2 focuses on what draws Pacific Islanders to Nevada. The Pacific Islander population has risen nearly 30% in the U.S. in the last decade. Here in Nevada, it's nearly 60%.
