CCSD Studies Anti-Racism Policy

Clark County schools educate more than 300,000 students whose backgrounds are from almost every ethnicity, race and culture.

Over the years, there have been many reports of students of color being bullied or harassed by other students. But the school district still has no anti-racism policy.

Now, many teachers, parents and students want a policy. In recent weeks, they’ve held meetings with Superintendent Jesus Jara and the CCSD Trustees.
