District Attorney's Office Again Fails To Disclose Witness Payments

Once again the District Attorney’s office is accused of making payments that they didn't disclose to witnessess. This time it’s a 500 dollar payment made to a witness of a 2008 attempted murder.

Because the DA made the payment to the witness off the record, defense attorneys are calling for the conviction to be overturned.

This is the second time the DA’s office has been asked to overturn a conviction for this reason.
